Trench Drains

Rapid surface water evacuation.

Not to be confused with french drains, Trench drains are primarily interior/ negative side applied, such as around a basement perimeter where water may be leaking in from a form.  This type of drainage is installed by cutting a channel into the slab.  Water is channeled to the desired location and then pumped out by a sump pump.  This type of protection is applied whenever exterior excavation is not an option.

Trench drains are great whenever your basement or floor is prone to surface water.  Washington Waterproofing Inc. handles all sizes of french drains.  Check out our services page.
